If you’ve purchased a box of wine from a retail store and believe the wine may be faulty or off in taste, please let us know which wine you purchased, the retail store, and share a photo or details of the filling date panel/specifications.

We will investigate the matter thoroughly and do our utmost to ensure it does not happen again.
